We justify our tagline ‘Where the industry and academics amalgamate’. The campus being located in a strategic location with various industries in the vicinity, students are frequently taken for industrial visits. Guest Lectures from industry wizards are also conducted on an ongoing basis to keep the students abreast of the latest industry trends and various managerial practices followed by the organisations. All this lends not only knowledge that is academically restricted but gives them a practical exposure as well.

Industrial Visit to Dixon Industries (MBA 2025-2027 Batch)

We visited the Heartbeat of Selaqui"Dixon Industries, along with the Girls and Boys of MBA 2025-2027 Batch, under the able guidance of Prof. Neha Rastogi. Dixon Industries has several units in Selaqui, specialising in the design and manufacture of Washing Machines and consumer durables. The students found the manufacturing and the assembly processes very interesting since they could immediately relate to the theory they are being taught in the Production & Operations Management class. Our girls and boys interacted with the professionals from Dixon, which improved their knowledge even more. The visit was arranged today, 19.08.2025, at 2.00 pm.

India Glycols Ltd. is a leading Indian company known for its pioneering work in the field of green chemicals, bio-based products, and sustainable industrial solutions. MBA Student Industrial Visit at Patanjali Food & Herbal Park

DBS Global University has organized three consecutive visits to Patanjali Food & Herbal Park, Haridwar from 7 th to 9 th April 2025 for its first year MBA students. The relevance of this visit was to give some practical insights of the Production and Operations Management, supply chain, packaging and other concepts which are a part of their curriculum. At the first instance Mr. Shubham from Patanjali Gave a valuable briefing about Plant description, its employee base, its infrastructural development and later students visited different plants and their warehouse of Herbs and Spices. The visit of students was accompanied by DBS faculty members ,Dr. Neha Choksi, Dr. Sanyukta Chibber and Mr. Mukesh Srivastava and from Patanjali, Mr. Rajendra Sen and Mr. Neeraj (GM, HR) also facilitated visits by their expert inputs.
